New Year & Beach
New year and beach are our haiku prompts today:
new year on the beach
people of all colours test
their resolution
New Year’s Eve
on a Queensland beach
turtles hatch
new year’s hopes and dreams
along the beach high tide line
flotsam and jetsam
I’m spending this new year away from the beach, so these prompts made me a little home sick. Then I remembered the smiles, love and laughter we’re sharing on this trip. I hope 2026 has started that way for you too 🤗
