My haiku today are based on the prompts pasture and ducks:
through a green pasture
a new family of ducks
heading for the pond
sheep in the pasture
in the old pond, frog jumping
quaking of the ducks
put out to pasture
in the town square, pension day
the old ducks gather
Some days, the haiku prompt words are hard. Today’s were mallard.
